In Autumn I regain my balance after the fizz of summer. I begin to gather ideas together and find more routine to make art. There is a sense that my intentions from the spring are finding fruition.

It is time to harvest, to take stock of any growth and to settle into a post-summer routine. All around the colours are shifting and there are reminders to seize the day and to not delay. How will you find your focus and make time for self-expression?
