An open edition print from my original artwork in ink, collage and stitch. This piece is called 'December Sun' and captures the intensity of the low winter sun over the bare landscape.
Inspired by the landscape of Derbyshire I make art that speaks of the simple pleasures of life and aims to make others stop a moment to notice life's small details. I sketch in the landscape before returning to the studio to recreate the mood of the countryside in ink, paint, collage and machine stitch.
