An open edition print from my original artwork in ink, collage and stitch. This piece is called 'Swoop' and is inspired by the late summer sun and the warmth of the earth beneath - held in the stillness of the time of the equinox.
Inspired by the landscape I make art that speaks of the simple pleasures of life and aims to make others stop a moment to notice life's small details. I sketch in the landscape before returning to the studio to recreate the mood of the countryside in ink, paint, collage and machine stitch.
