This piece, Red Field, was inspired by a series of drawings around Ashbourne, Derbyshire. I found myself looking down over farm land with a rich, terracotta field at centre stage.  This square red block of earth became the centre point of the image. The colours were rich and saturated and i translated these with abstract blocks of colour. Created using ink, collage with painted and repurposed papers and stitch. My contemporary art reflects the vibrancy of nature and the joy of being alive.
 
Printed to order. Please allow two weeks for UK delivery. Orders will be sent packaged in a tube due to size restrictions. You'll need to carefully unpack it when it arrives and place the print under some books until it is flat again for framing.
